"Within minutes, legislation enforcement was on scene and two school useful resource officers assigned here to your school," Barrow County Sheriff Jud Smith instructed reporters during a press meeting Wednesday afternoon.  The remarks showed a "deeply troubling absence of empathy and infuriating disregard with the victims,” one Democrat stated.
